Research expeditions

(You can participate in this expedition!)

A unique expedition on a sail and motor trimaran down the Kamchatka River and along the Eastern coast of Kamchatka and Chukotka (to Chukotka settlement Beringovsky) visiting a series of hard-to-reach islands of the Bering Sea (the Karaginsky Island, the Verkhoturova Island, the Bogoslov Island, the Manchzhur Island and others). It is a very rare opportunity to visit most beautiful bays of the Koryak highlands coast, to see the nature that only few people have seen!

Plenty of animals and birds every day! Imposing walruses and curious Steller sea lions; beautiful seals of five species; awesome killer whales and strong grey whales; many-voiced birds rookeries and taciturn bears; photogenic reindeer and graceful bighorn sheep! All that we will see in this extreme but wonderful journey as well as immensely picturesque and intricate landscapes of rocky sea coasts and mysterious attraction of the “uninhabited” islands!

The expedition will immerse us completely into the wild, virgin nature world…

And certainly we will fish in the sea and rivers during our stops!
